Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building, likely a small house or cottage. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with dressed details. The front has two windows, fitted with modern glazing bar sash windows. A central flush panel door is sheltered by a modern gabled porch. The roof is covered in stone tiles, and the property features brick chimneys. To the left of the main part of the building is a two-storey wing with one window, dating from the mid-19th century. The building is listed primarily for its contribution to the wider group value of the surrounding buildings.
