Description

Two small bridges over the River Frome, located approximately 40 meters apart, date from the early to mid-18th century. They are constructed of coursed rubble limestone and feature low, narrow designs with a single semi-circular arch each. The bridges lack parapets and currently have grassed surfaces, with later railings and fencing added. Both bridges seem to pre-date the nearby canal's construction. A new route from Ham Mill to the weaving settlement of Bagpath likely made these earlier bridges unnecessary. They are now situated in a private garden.
