Detached dwelling, formerly farmhouse. 1705 and 1913. Rough rendered, stone slate roof. A three-gabled compact plan to which wing added at back, on east side, and porch in internal angle, probably in 1913. Two storeys and attics, 3-windowed, 2, 3 or 4-light chamfered stone mullioned casements with scalloped surrounds formed in plaster to smooth surface, as also at quoins; left of centre, in deep reveal, 6-panel door, part glassed, with moulded stone architrave, probably of 1913. Right, above doorway, plaster relief with 'I.B.1757' and above ground floor window in right gable further panel 'IB 1705 1913 HBW'. Return wall, right, large external stack to gable terminal, and 1913 door and doorcase, here two small roof dormers. Return wall, left, plaster panel 'IB 1702', and porch with columns in cobble stone. Fine open well stair of 1913 in Cotswold Craftsman style.
