Mill buildings, now mixed uses. Circa 1820 for Samuel Clutterbuck. Coursed and squared limestone; ashlar chimney; Welsh and asbestos slate roof. Four-storey with attic; three-storey range to south linked by upper floor section over throughway; single-storey part at south end.

East side: Eight-window fenestration, all two-light flat-mullioned casements with three-centred headed lights. Two keyed segmental arches over mill stream. Roof with long raking dormer having some leaded casements has gable end chimney with chamfered cap at south end, roof hipped to north. Relieving arch above timber lintel of throughway to left. Mixed casement fenestration to three-storey range.

West side: fenestration generally as to east side.

North end: two-window fenestration, two-light casements as to main elevations, some lights blocked.

Interior: cross-beams have iron tie-rod tension bracing. Iron water wheel retained; working steam engine.

Forms part group with St Mary's House (q.v.) and mill building to north east (q.v.).
