Description
Three headstones located about 10 meters southeast of the chancel in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary date from the 17th century and are made of limestone.
The first headstone features a temple front design supported by Ionic columns. The second is crafted from shelly limestone and has a rich floral head and surround framing a square sunk panel. The third headstone is square-headed, adorned with intricate scrolls and a square sunk panel. Although the inscriptions on these monuments are no longer legible, they are characteristic of 17th-century memorials found in the Cotswolds.
