Description
Corbett House and Corbett House Lodge are early 19th-century buildings located on Castle Street. They are constructed of ashlar and feature a double pitched roof with deeply projecting eaves supported by moulded brackets. The buildings have two storeys and attics, with three ranges of double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars on the first floor only. The outer windows are set in slightly recessed panels with depressed arched heads. The main entrance door has eight fielded panels, a fanlight, and flanking lights. The south front displays two round-arched windows with glazing bars in the gable ends. To the north, there is a two-storey service wing known as Corbett House Lodge.
