Description
Kingswood House is a dwelling built in the early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building has a square parallel range with moulded stone cornices and parapets at both the front and back, as well as coped M-gables and four stone stacks with moulded caps. On the right side, there is a large projecting stone Doric porch. The house is two storeys tall with a roof storey in part, presenting a four-windowed front and a three-windowed back. The large sashes have glazing bars and are set in deep reveals. To the left, there is a large arched staircase window, also a sash with bars, and two smaller arched windows above the porch, flanked by blind openings. The entrance features six panel paired doors beneath a decorative fanlight.
