Description

The Statue of Pan, located approximately 35 meters southeast of The Stables, is a garden ornament dating from the mid-18th century. It is made of lead and stands on a limestone pedestal. The statue depicts Pan in a lively pose, leaning on a section of tree trunk, and is mounted on a square pedestal featuring a moulded base and capping. It was likely originally placed in the rococo garden to the north of The Stables.
