Description

This is a detached stable and coach house built in the late 18th century, located approximately 25 meters northwest of Grigshot Lodge. The structure is made of coursed and dressed limestone, featuring an ashlar chimney and a Welsh slate roof. It is two stories high.

On the south front, there is an oval arched coach doorway with 20th-century doors to the right, and a 20th-century altered opening to the left that has a steel lintel. The front also includes two boarded loft openings and has a hipped roof.

The east side features an eaves-mounted chimney and a wall that is built into the bank. At the rear, there is a blocked central doorway with a keyed stone lintel, along with two loft openings that have plank doors. This building is included for its group value.
