Description

This is a house forming part of a terrace, built around 1825. It is constructed of stuccoed brick, with a slate roof and a 20th-century dormer window with a flat roof, and has a brick stack. The building is a double-depth block with a wing extending to the rear.

The exterior features a moulded cornice and a coped parapet. An entrance doorway is located on the left side, reached by a flight of stone steps with wrought-iron balustrades. The doorway has a semicircular arched head, a radiating metal fanlight, and a panelled door. To the right of the doorway is a large sash window with 4x4 panes of glazing bars. The first floor has two sashes, and the second floor has two similar sashes, all with 3x4 panes of glazing bars and projecting stone sills. A double casement window with glazing bars is located in the basement area. Decorative wrought-iron bow-fronted window guards are present on the first-floor windows.

The interior was not inspected during the listing process and no details are available.
