Small farmhouse. Probably C15 or early C16, later alterations. Brick-nogged timber framing, asbestos sheet roof. Two-bay, 1 1/2 storeys, 1 room deep. Gable towards road, cruck truss: boarded door on left up 2 brick steps, cambered brick arch over. To right large external stone chimney breast, with offsets; brick top. First floor 2-light casement to right of stack: plain bargeboards. Left return: 3-panel timber framing to eaves, downward brace on right from corner post, cut off for possible former door. Five- pane window to left, weatherboard over: 2-pane beyond. Long, curved brace left corner post to sill. Single-light casement to lean-to dormer over. Interior not inspected.
