Description

This milestone, likely from the early 19th century, is made of stone and measures about 250 millimeters thick with a cambered top. It features an incised plain Greek cross on the top and a benchmark on the right side. The lettering is in sans serif style and shows traces of paint, reading '5/TO/GLO'STER/11/TO ROSS'. The top front edge has a chip.
