Description
Greenfields is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with a later extension. It features Flemish bond brickwork and a tiled roof. The front has three windows and is one room deep with two storeys and a rear wing. The central entrance has a six-panel door, with the bottom two panels fielded and the upper four glazed, topped by a flat lead hood supported on consoles. To the left, there is a three-light mullion and transom window with a cambered brick arch, while to the right, there is a single-storey canted bay that projects, featuring a 16-pane sash front and ordinary sash windows on the sides, all under a flat lead roof. On the first floor, there is a two-light casement window in the centre, flanked by three-light mullion and transom windows at each end, all with cambered brick arches. The house has dentil eaves and brick chimneys at the gables.
