Farmhouse: C18; brick walls, irregular Monk or Flemish bond, on stone plinth; tiled roof. 3-window front with 1-window extension: 2-storey. Front door frame set on stone blocks each side; 6-panel door, bottom flush, top 2 glazed. Metal-covered tent roof to porch, on shaped brackets: acorn finial. One 2-light mullion and transom window each side of front door: iron opening casement. Flat rubbed brick arch. First floor three 2-light casements, tops at eaves level, iron opening lights. To right, late C20 windows, one per floor, in extension. Gable chimney on left, to right large chimney projecting from original gable, later engulfed in extension: 2 diamond set flues on base. Left return late C20 lean-to extension. Carved stone plaque built into gable just below apex. On rear high gable in centre with keyed circular window. Internally heavily chamfered beams divide ceiling in room on right into 6; long beam is set towards back of room. Single-storey rear wing not of special interest.
