Description

This is a chest tomb located about 23 metres east of the chancel in the churchyard of the Church of All Saints. It commemorates Hannah, who died in 1756. The tomb is made of sandstone and features a flat top with indented sides, a moulded capping, and square column corners. The inscriptions are found on the long sides, surrounded by oval panels carved with foliage and cherub heads. At the time of the survey on June 14, 1984, the tomb was partially overgrown, had one corner damaged, and was leaning towards the southeast.
