Description
The statue, likely depicting Hercules, is located about 30 meters west of the main front of Clearwell Castle, positioned on the right when facing the house. It dates from the 18th century and is made of stone, standing on a square rusticated plinth consisting of three courses with a moulded capping. The statue is missing its right forearm and left foot. The figure appears to have something draped over its back, possibly a lion's skin, as a lion's paw is visible near the man's left hand.
