Description
Court Leet is a detached house dating from the late 17th century. It features a timber-framed structure with a painted random rubble stone gable and a tiled roof, following a three-bay lobby-entry plan. The building has a rendered plinth and nearly square panels, with two panels per floor and no braces. The front door is boarded and is sheltered by a small peaked porch with boarded sides. On the left side, there is one three-light window, and two three-light windows are located on the right, each with weatherboarding above. The first floor has two three-light windows and one two-light window, all of which are from the 20th century. The left gable has been rebuilt in stone, while the front post remains intact. At the back, there is a cut-down brick chimney, and the central chimney features three diamond-set stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
