The Adams Monument is a chest tomb located about 19 meters southeast of the southeast aisle buttress in the churchyard of the Church of St. Mary. It dates back to 1782 and commemorates John Adams. The tomb is made of limestone and features a stepped tent top with a curved upper section. It has a moulded plinth and capping on the base, along with a plain frieze. The ends of the tomb are plain and recessed, while the north side is fielded with panelled side strips. The south side is oval and decorated with foliage in the spandrels and reeded side strips.
