Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage, subject to later alterations. It is two storeys high with a gable-lit attic. The construction is of coursed rubble with a concrete tile roof, and a chimney is located to the right. The front facade features a two-light mullioned window on the first floor, and single and three-light mullioned windows on the ground floor, each with drips. A central doorway provides access. Modern windows are set into the south gable end.
