Description
This is a group of three bale tombs located to the north-west of the William Matthews table tomb, dating from the 17th century. The tombs are made of stone and feature bale cresting. The southernmost tomb, dating from around 1700, is ornate with quarter baluster corners and has putti at the corners of a scrolled panel, while the north end displays a female bust wearing a lace cap. The other two tombs are a pair that includes leaf panels and a central armorial panel on the northern tomb.
