Description
Wellacre Farmhouse is an early to mid-19th century building designed in a late 17th century style, likely constructed for Lord Northwick. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic, built from coursed rubble with a slate roof featuring coped verges and end chimneys. It includes three gabled dormers and three windows of the mullion and drip type, with the outer windows being 3-light and the center window being 2-light, positioned above the door, which also has a drip. There is a large wooden porch added in the early 20th century, and the rear of the building features extensions with two parallel gables.
