Description

Fig Tree Cottage and Two Trees are a row of cottages dating from the late 17th or early 18th century. Fig Tree Cottage is two storeys and has an attic. It is constructed of coursed rubble, with a concrete tile roof and brick chimneys that have ashlar bases. There are one and two gabled dormers, and a coped range to the right. It has mullion windows; the ground floor windows have drips. A modern gabled porch has been added. Two Trees is a slightly different section with two windows and a half bay to the left. This left bay features a bulls-eye window on the first floor with a drip, and what was formerly a doorway is now a window. Wimbourne, although part of the structure, is excluded from the listing due to alterations.
