Description
Springfield House is an early 19th-century detached villa located on the south-east side of Sherborne Street. The building is constructed from coursed rubble with dressed quoins and features a Cotswold stone roof. It stands three storeys tall and has three windows, which are sashes with glazing bars.
A lean-to, added around 1900, extends across the ground floor and has a stone tile roof. The lean-to includes outer angled windows and a central door. The roof has a low pitch with stone verges and kneelers, and there are ashlar end stacks with moulded caps.
