Description

Downside is likely a 17th-century rubble cottage with a modern tile roof. It is one and a half storeys high. The front of the cottage features two gabled half-dormers, two mullion windows (one with two lights and one with three), and a chimney light on a south-west extension to the left. At the rear is a two-light mullion window. The south-east gable has a coped verge, an ashlar chimney, and the current entrance.
