Description

No. 2 Thomas Street is a house that dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone and features a stone slate roof with a rebuilt brick stack at the right end. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. On the first floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with glazing bars, flat arch lintels, and stone cills. The ground floor has three similar windows, with the rightmost one positioned in what was formerly a doorway. To the left, there is a 20th-century plank door with an overlight above. The house has a shallow plinth and rudimentary quoins at the left and right angles. There are also two 20th-century rooflights. The interior has not been inspected.
