House, formerly 2. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone; stone slate roof; rebuilt brick right-end stack. 2-storey 2-window range. First floor has two 2-light casements with glazing bars with flat arch lintels and stone cills; three similar windows to ground floor, that to right in former doorway. C20 plank door with overlight to left. Shallow plinth; rudimentary quoins to left and right angles. Two C20 rooflights. INTERIOR not inspected.
