Description
No. 17 Thomas Street is an 18th-century house with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed from coursed squared limestone rubble, with a concrete tile roof and a 20th-century brick ridge stack. The house is two storeys and an attic, originally with a single-window front. The first floor has a 20th-century three-light leaded casement window with an exposed timber lintel, and a similar window is located on the ground floor. An entrance is present on the right side, but is obscured by a wall. A single-storey and attic gabled extension from the 19th century adjoins the rear, along with single-storey 20th-century extensions. The interior has not been inspected. The property has group value in this context.
