Description
The stableblock and coach house, located approximately 70 meters east of Daglingworth Manor, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins and features a stone slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan with a lean-to at the rear, which adjoins another rectangular structure at a right angle to the stableblock.
On the west elevation, there are two casement windows with glazing bars, timber lintels, and dressed stone jambs, situated beside a stable door. A round-headed double doorway is positioned at the far left. Stone steps lead up the south gable end to a plank door that provides access to the loft, while a pitching door is located at the north gable end. The building at the rear has two open-fronted bays on the north side, separated by a single square pier. The interiors have not been inspected.
