Description

The Baptist Church, dated 1833, is a building made of coursed rubble limestone with a Welsh slate roof. It has a simple rectangular shape and a hipped roof. Each long side features a row of three triangular-headed windows with two similar windows at each end. The north-east end has a central doorway with a flat timber porch hood and double doors, along with a central diagonal square light above. The south-west end has similar windows, but the diagonal light has been replaced by a datestone of the same shape. Inside, the church has a simple design with a gallery at the north-east entrance end and stained glass windows at the south-west end. Attached church rooms on the south-east side are not of special interest.
