Description

No. 20 Woodstock Lane is a former farm cottage that has been converted into a private house. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and is constructed of coursed rubble stone with a Cotswold stone slate roof and two end stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and consists of a single range. It features three windows, which are twin wooden casements with wooden lintels, and there are two 20th-century gabled dormers. The central door is accompanied by a gabled half-glazed porch and flanking windows on the first floor. Inside, the cottage retains a wooden newel stair on the left-hand side that leads up to the attic level.
