Description
The raised pavement between The Old Royal Oak and Jasmine Cottage dates from the mid-19th century and was built by mason Richard Belcher, who was also the parish Waywarden at the time. It features a retaining wall made of coursed and squared rubble that supports the footpath above the roadway. The modern piers and wooden guards are not included in the listing.
