Description

The sarcophagus located immediately east of the south porch in the churchyard of the Church of All Hallows is a Grade II listed structure. This Saxon sarcophagus is made of stone and features a very large tapering slab, with the lid leaning against the south side. At the time of the survey in July 1985, it was partially overgrown.
