Description

This is a 20th-century conversion forming part of the Old Manor House, situated next to number 8, Priors Court. The building dates to the mid-17th century and is constructed from limestone rubble with dressed stone quoins, featuring a stone slate roof.

The north-facing entrance front has two bays. A 20th-century plank door is located on the lower right, with stone tablet steps leading to a part-glazed 20th-century plank door at first-floor level. A three-light 20th-century wooden casement window is to the right.

The roadside front contains a four-light stone-mullioned casement window with a king mullion on the ground floor; above it is a three-light stone-mullioned casement window on the first floor, both with hollow-moulded mullions, moulded surrounds, and stopped hoods. A floating bressumer sits above the first-floor window. The gable end shows a two-light 20th-century wooden casement on the ground floor. A 20th-century part-glazed doorway has been inserted above what was formerly a pitching door. The attic has a two-light hollow-moulded stone-mullioned casement with a stopped hood. Two skylights are present on the south side. The interior has not been inspected.
