Description

Lilac Cottage is a building that likely dates from the early 18th century. It has been modernised and features a modern extension of similar size and character on the left side. The cottage is constructed from coursed rubble and topped with a Cotswold stone roof. It stands two storeys high and has two windows, with three lights on the ground floor and two above, all featuring stone mullioned casements. There is a continuous drip mould over the ground floor windows and a plain central doorway. An ashlar stack is located at one end of the building.
