Description
This is an early 19th-century house, likely built on the site of an earlier structure. It’s constructed from ashlar stone with a Welsh slate roof and a band running along the first-floor level. The house has two storeys and three windows, each being a sash window with glazing bars. A panelled door is located on the right-hand side, above which is a rectangular window. The gable has a stone verge, and there is an ashlar chimney stack at one end. Cast iron railings extend along the road frontage, featuring alternating fleur-de-lis motifs and pyramidal standards, and are an extension of those belonging to nearby St David’s.
