Description

This is a small cottage dating to around 1700. It is now two-and-a-half storeys high, but was originally one-and-a-half, as indicated by old gable lines. The walls are of rubble construction and the roof is covered with stone slates. A flat dormer window has been added. There are two-light and three-light windows with chamfered mullions in one section of the facade. A chamfered doorway is positioned on the right-hand side. The building possesses group value from its contribution to the streetscape.
