Shop. C18, probably with C17 origins. Stucco to front, probably on timber-framing; wall to left side is painted ashlar. Concrete tile roof; no stack visible. 3-storey 1-window range. First floor has late C18 3/6-pane sash in moulded timber surround with timber cill; similar window to second floor. Ground floor has C20 aluminium shopfront. Band course over first floor. Noted as having winder staircase from first to second floor.
