Description
This is a semi-detached cottage located at 1 Little London, dating from the 17th century at the back, with a 20th-century extension on the rear right. The rear wall is made of squared limestone, while the extension is also constructed from limestone. The right gable end and front wall feature square timber framing set on a limestone plinth, topped with an artificial stone roof. A central rectangular ashlar chimney stack is present. The main body of the cottage consists of two rooms, one room deep, and it is two storeys high with one window. The windows are 20th-century casements: one is a single light with glazing bars, and the other has two lights with leaded panes. The entrance is now through the 20th-century extension, with the original entrance at the left corner of the described facade being blocked.
