Detached cottage. Late C18-early C19 with slightly later extensions. Limestone rubble with stone slate and artificial stone slate roofing (at rear); pantile roofing to single-storey extension; limestone rubble stacks topped with brick. 'L'-shaped plan with single-bay extension to the left gable end. 1 1/2 storey, 3-windowed facade with three gablets; single-storey extension to left. Late C19-early C20 two-light casements with timber lintels. Canopy with a stone slate roof over the two lower left-hand windows. C19 plank door with single glass pane, at the centre of the main body. Plank door to single-storey extension to left. Off-the-ridge and gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
