Description

The Coach House, located 15 yards to the northeast of Dale House, is dated 1857 and attributed to Richard Colley. It features a coursed rubble skin over a brick structure, with ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of stone slate and has coped verges, along with an ashlar chimney on the north side. The north gable includes a loft entry and a window beneath it. To the right, there is a coach door with voussoirs, and to the left, a stable door and window. The Coach House is connected to Dale House by a boundary wall that is approximately 5 feet high and by a single-storey range. It is included in the listing for its group value.
