Description
Dale Farmhouse is a small farmhouse with origins dating back to the 17th century, although it has been altered over time. The building is constructed of rubble and features a Cotswold stone roof, with a large projecting chimney stack incorporated into the roof on the left side. There are two irregularly placed windows; on the first floor to the right, there is a three-light mullioned window, while the ground floor left-hand window is similar but lacks mullions and has a drip. The farmhouse is entered through the gable end. At the rear, a former kitchen wing has been demolished, leaving behind dwarf walls and evidence of a fireplace and bake-oven layout, along with pitched cobbling.
