Description

The Barrett Memorial, located about 21 metres west of the porch in the churchyard of the Church of the Holy Cross, is an altar tomb dedicated to Mary Ann Barrett, who died in 1851. It is made of limestone and features a square design on a very large square base. The memorial has a stepped plinth and four corner colonnettes that support a plain flat slab, which is topped with an urn on a large flattened pyramidal base.
