Description
Jockey Stable Cottages, built in the early 18th century and altered in the early to mid-19th century, is a one and a half storey row of cottages constructed from coursed rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and an ashlar chimney featuring corniced capping. The building has four gabled dormers, some of which contain leaded casements. On the ground floor, there are three doors with stone lintels, one of which has a chamfered surround, and three windows that are 2-light casements. The stonework indicates that there may have been earlier openings. The cottages are included for their group value and were derelict at the time of the resurvey.
