Description

Lamb Cottage is a mid-19th century building, possibly intended as a bailiff's home. It has two storeys and is constructed of rubble with a hipped slate roof. The cottage features central chimneys, which were probably originally fitted with diagonal shafts. On the ground floor, there are three windows with segmental heads and triple casements. The first floor has outer lunette windows and a central segment-headed 2-light casement that has been blocked. Additionally, the central door has also been blocked. To the left, there is a hipped extension with an entrance located in the angle. The cottage is noted for its unusual design.
