The street wall, gates, and gatepiers to Shepherds Close were built in the 1930s. The drystone wall is approximately 40 yards long. It features round gatepiers topped with ball finials, which are aligned with the porch of Shepherds Close. The gates are made of cast and wrought iron, showcasing arched and ornamental upper rails.
