Description
Wool Barn, dating from the 18th century but possibly earlier, has been restored and is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone roof. The building has an irregular shape. The south gable end features an upper panel, a three-light leaded window, and a door with Arts and Crafts hinges. On the east side, there are three windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor, along with a buttress to the left and a stepped buttress beneath a gabled section that has a chimney positioned to the right of centre. There is a projecting gable to the right of centre with garage doors. To the north, there is one range of windows and a gabled extension that displays 19th-century graffiti from the Izod family. On the west side, three sets of steps lead up to the upper floor.
