Description

A terrace of three houses built around 1820 to 1830 in Cheltenham. The properties are stucco-faced over brick, with concealed roofs and brick and stucco chimney stacks dividing the houses. The layout is double depth, with hallways on the right side of each house; service rooms are located to the rear. The roofs are double-pitched. The front elevation has two storeys and five first-floor windows. The windows are 8/8 sash windows, with alternate windows on the first floor being blind. The windows are set in plain reveals with sills. Each entrance is on the right side and features 20th-century doors with overlights containing margin lights, replacing the originals. The interiors have not been inspected. This terrace represents a well-preserved example of an artisan dwelling, maintaining its original features.
