Description
Park House is a villa built around 1820-1850, with later additions and alterations. It features stucco over brick and a hipped slate roof, along with iron railings and a wrought-iron balcony on the garden facade. The building is two storeys high with six first-floor windows, and a three-storey, two-window gabled range to the right. The main range has a first-floor band and 8/8 sash windows, with the two on the left being blind. All windows are set in plain reveals with sills. The entrance is off-centre to the left, leading up a flight of steps to a panelled door with sidelights and an overlight, all within a pedimented Ionic porch supported by paired, fluted columns. The wide eaves add to the building's character. On the left side, there is a ground-floor bow window. The interior has not been inspected. Additionally, there are arrowhead railings on the sides of the steps.
