Description

This is a villa dating from approximately 1820 to 1850. It is constructed of ashlar facing brick, with a hipped slate roof and tall chimneys on either side. The building follows a double-depth plan with a central hallway.

The exterior presents two storeys with an attic, featuring three first-floor windows and a single-storey range on the left. Pilasters define the ends and separate the windows, with a crowning frieze, cornice, and blocking course providing detail at the top. The windows are six-over-six sash windows in plain reveals, with sills. A central roof dormer is topped with casements. The central entrance features a four-panelled door with sidelights and a fanlight, sheltered by a Doric porch with an entablature. A six-over-six sash window is present on the left return. The rear elevation retains two-over-two horizontal-pane sash windows. The interior was not inspected.
