Description

This is a headstone dated 1788, located approximately 4 metres south of the nave of the Church of St Michael in Spreyton. It commemorates John Willcock. The headstone is made of granite and features an upright, round-headed slab that stands about 500 millimetres high. The front of the slab has a simple incised frame and is inscribed with Roman serif upper and lower case lettering, noting the death of John Willcock in 1788.
