Description
Broad Park Terrace is a row of four houses built in the early 19th century. They feature plastered stone walls and a slate roof that is gabled at the left end and hipped at the right. The buildings have two axial brick stacks and one stack at the right-hand end. Each house has a symmetrical three-window front, although some have a central first-floor window that is blocked. The windows are modern 20th-century two and three-light casements. The central entrance is located under a gabled door hood. The front of the terrace is arcaded, with a reeded pilaster between each cottage, topped by an elliptical arch below the eaves. Each house has a two-room plan with a central entrance hall.
